A reseller is someone who buys rights to ready-made products and sells them on their own site. Resell rights for good, profitable products do not come cheap. There are some sites which offer a bundle of ebooks or software with resell rights for $10 or less. But later on, you will find the same stuff available for free on all sites, so in reality, you won't be making any money.
