Ragi Dosa
Ingredients
Ragi 200 gm
Rice 200 gm
Wheat 200 gm
Procedure
Get all these three powdered. You can store this and use a smalll amount whenever required.
Take a cup of floor, add salt and water. Make a thick solution that can be spread on a pan.
Heat a pan, spread this liquid and pour a spoonful of oil around the corners. Roast on both sides.
Ragi Dosa is ready to eat. You can eat it with curry or sambar. You will relish it more if you have been on a diet to control
your diabetes.
