Ragi Health Drink for Adults
Ingredients
Ragi 100
gm
Chick pea 50 gm
Wheat 50 gm
almond 10 gm
cashewnut 10gm
Khas Khas 10 gm
Barley 10 gm
Cardamom powder 1 gm
maize 10 gm
Procedure
Roast all these items except cardamom. Roast on a pan without oil or ghee. When these are roasted they will
slightly change colour and will emit a nice smell.
Powder these in a mixer grinder. Powder the cardamom and add it to the mixture. This can be stored and used for a
month.
Whenever required, mix two spoonfuls of this powder in a glass of water and boil. Add half a glass of milk
and sugar to taste .
