Ragi Roti
Ragi Pancake

Ingredients

Ragi                      250gm
grated coconut          1 cup
Green chillies             3
oil                          25 gm
Salt to taste
water

Procedure

Wash Ragi well and dry it in the shade.

Make a fine powder using a mixer grinder.

Add finely cut green chillies, gratedcoconut and salt.

Add water and keep mixing soas to get a thickness that can be rolled into balls.

Make small balls,  about the size of tennis balls.

Spread a plastic sheet, smear it with a little bit of oil and flatten the tolled balls in a circular shape.

Heat a pan, put the circular pancake on it and add a spoonful of oil around the corners.

Roast it on both sides.

Ragi Pancake can be eaten with curry or sambar.
