To get traffic to your site you need to promote it aggressively during the initial days.

Download Authority Black Book and learn the places where you need to go and share information about your blog and your niche topic.

Submit your site to site directories.

Submit a site map to Google.

Submit articles to article directories and include the link of your site in the author's resource box.

Site Monetization

You can monetize your site through Google AdSense, affiliate programs, writing reviews, selling ad space and selling your site.
